In The Face Of Adversities

Remember the times when you almost gave up? When life seemed so dull and out of control that you knew it was never going to be alright? It appears that life always gives us a second chance to make things right. And those who try, always make it right or somewhat close to right, each time things change. When there wasn't a chance to make things right, then you make something else work. Something new crops up and you roll with it.

However, what happens as you struggle and toil? What does that phase and time feel like? That experience of utter darkness and pain where you feel like you are alone in it and nothing seems to make sense, nor does it seem like anyone else is experiencing what you are. What is that time like? Where are you at that time and who communicates with you during those phases of suffering?

It is you who talks and connects deeper with you when no one else seems to be where you are. Even though everyone has experienced it! You emerge a better person from every incident and event that ties you up bad enough that you feel closed, breaks you until you cannot hold up, confuses you to the point of chaos and destroys your sense of self in a way that makes you doubt if you will ever be whole again. You are better when you are communicating with yourself.

In life, it is utterly important to connect with who you are. If you have never taken time to speak and understand your true self then what have you explored? You go out of yourself and your confines happily when you have explored and positively exploited your true self in your own calm. When you have time, sit back and find who you are. It is a never ending journey that is inexplicable in terms of what it unfolds and how it educates you about who you are and what you can do.

When you connect with yourself and understand who you are, you can work with yourself. When you meet someone and want to do something for them, you will be in a better place to take yourself forward when you have spoken to yourself and have gone to the depths of your mind and soul like no one else has. It cures you of hurt that erodes your sense of self when you go deep into your motives and ask why, what and who you are? Why it affected you? What it did to you? What you must do? What you did wrong? Questions like these and more can stir your soul and elevate self-awareness. You will be better able to heal yourself of pain and trauma.

Suffering is bound to happen no matter who you are! You can be living as a daily wageworker or be a duke living in a palace. No one seems to have a 'better' life because we are in it and suffering in our own way owing to our unique circumstances. Everybody gets sad. What you can and must do is not give up. Saying is easy to hold your values up and be courageous. However, you have to be doing something as you suffer. Then you might as well will reassure yourself that you will sail through. Believe and render to yourself this message that you may be alone but not lost forever. Because lost is a place where everyone reaches at some point. And comes back. Or they pave a path that leads to the world that they want to be in. It could be a better world. Don't be afraid of being alone somewhere.

In the face of adversities, speak to yourself. Reassure yourself that you are with yourself. And that is fairly enough. No one can build you more than you can because no one has seen you everyday doing everything that you had been doing and experiencing all sorts of emotions. You are your best accomplice and the truest help that you could ever trust, regardless of what it has been—either helpful or not. When you assure yourself, you are strong enough to stand the pain and tread heavily through the tunnel that is dark and scary. You have to tell yourself that even though you are not alright right now, you will be, in the future. As things settle down. There is no other way for life to exist. You have to find yourself back to normalcy. It could be a new normal. But it has to be and will be. You have to enter it with the faith that you will. Isn't it better to enter a change with a positive mind? If you are bound to struggle, then why not with a pinch of faith? Why go feeling weak when you have untapped will power and strength right in you? When you feel hurt or are in pain, tell yourself that you will sail through. Do it with gumption and hold your chin up. Where there is faith and talks of bravery, there are fewer fears. You have to try it to see it happen.
